BILINGUAL IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL (Spanish)
IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL to prepare and file immigration petitions with focus on business-based petitions AND/OR family-based. *Preferred experience with PERM, H-1B's, L-1, E-2, O-1, U-1, NIW's, I-601A Waivers, Asylum, Consular/NVC Process.* Experienced drafting supporting letters and forms, manage client communications, work independently and interact with government officials to move cases forward. Perform legal research as needed.

The Law Offices of Hector J. Lopez, PLLC is seeking a BILINGUAL (Spanish) IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY for its Removal Defense Practice Group.
Job Description
Represent clients in Removal Proceedings. Prepare clients and attend interviews at USCIS. Prepare Asylum applications, both, affirmative and defensive. Prepare and file immigration petitions, motions, legal briefs. Perform legal research as needed. Experienced in Business-based petitions (eg. EB-1A, EB-2 NIW and PERM's desired but not required)
Required Skills & Knowledge:
MUST BE ADMITTED IN TEXAS OR ANY U.S. STATE. MUST SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH. The ideal candidate must be able to manage complex tasks efficiently; prioritize workload in an extremely time-sensitive field of law; meet strict deadlines; be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to edit carefully; provide outstanding client service; flexible and adaptable to fast-paced setting; organized; self-motivated with strong initiative; possess a positive attitude and a professional demeanor. Must be able to supervise legal support staff. Proficiency with Word, Excel and Google calendar. Proficiency with Cerenade (preferred). Must have excellent written communication skills.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (DOE)
